Monthly Meeting this Tuesday, April 11, 2017

Please join us for our next meeting.  We will meet at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday,  April 11 at the Central Library of the Wichita Public Library, 223 S. Main.  We will be meeting in the board room on the third floor (not the large, glass-enclosed meeting area).  The board room is straight ahead after you get off of the elevator and past the children's section.

We are a support group for mostly young adults with high-functioning autism and their parents.  All are welcome for networking, sharing of ideas and resources, and support.  Come with your ideas, questions, answers, frustrations (!), and experiences. Share our meeting information with anyone who may be interested in attending. We would love to have the adults form their own subgroup and meet on their own.  If you are an adult with high-functioning autism who would like to do so and also self-advocate, please come!

For more information, see our page on Meetup https://www.meetup.com/AutisticAdultsandParentsSupportNetwork/events/239093002/.  An RSVP would be great but not necessary.

We are also on Facebook, https://www.facebook.com/AutisticAdultsNet/

In the meantime, here is some interesting reading from one of our favorite blogs, Autistic Not Weird.
